MOFLO is a web design and digital strategy studio based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, New Zealand. We're responsible for the personal information collected through moflo.co.nz, and we handle it in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

When you fill in a form. Our enquiry and contact forms ask for your name and/or email, and optionally your phone number, what you need help with, the stage your business is at, and a message. We also record which page you sent the form from.
When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: pages visited, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location (city level). This uses cookies. It doesn't tell us who you are.
We don't take payments through this site, and we don't ask for sensitive information. Please don't send us health, financial or other sensitive details through the forms.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you've said yes.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. If an enquiry doesn't turn into work, we delete it within two years. If we work together, we keep records for as long as we need to for the project and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
The site runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you or deliver your project.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email finn@moflo.co.nz and we'll respond as soon as we can, and within 20 working days.
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please talk to us first. If we can't sort it out, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
By using moflo.co.nz you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Unless we say otherwise, the words, design, graphics and code on this site belong to MOFLO. Client work is shown with permission and belongs to its owners. Please don't copy or reuse our content without asking.
The information here is general. It isn't advice for your specific situation. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it's always complete or current, and our services may change.
A free strategy presentation comes with no obligation. It's based on the information you give us, and it's yours to keep and use whether or not you work with us. It's our honest advice, not a guarantee of results.
Any project we take on is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
We link to other websites, like Instagram and Google. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
